The CNPS7700-AlCu is an enormous copper and aluminum heatsink with a big 120mm fan. Normally, we go by the specs, but having heard both the CNPS7700-AlCu and its little brother the CNPS7000B-AlCu, we feel that the CNPS7700-AlCu is the quieter of the two. Unfortunately, it's too heavy to safely ship when attached to a CPU, so we can't use them in our Dragons. If you want a near-silent CPU heatsink and fan -- and don't plan to ship your PC without first removing it -- this is your ideal CPU heatsink.
